Revealing Typo?

Sharp-eyed readers who checked out the cover for my new book Ivory Apples may have spotted an embarrassing typo: instead of saying “Award Winner” it said “Award Winer.”  (Though I didn’t notice it, and I’m a proofreader.)

 

It's true that I have been known to be an award winer, muttering things like, “Damn, that story should have been nominated for a Nebula!" but I don’t see how they could have found out.  Anyway, it’s been fixed now.
