Eating Authors

I wrote something about my favorite meal for a blog called “Eating Authors.”  It will go live today at 7:30 ET, and if you want to know the name of the best restaurant in Rome (IMO, of course) you can read it here.

No, the shoes have still not arrived.  I called UPS, waited six or so minutes, talked to someone who sent me to the investigations department, waited eight or so minutes, talked to someone who sent me to the claims department, waited six or so minutes, and then, after all of that, they said they would send me a claim form.  The claim form turned out to be a link to the UPS page, so they could have saved a huge amount of time just telling me I could file a form and where it was.  Still, I do feel better now that this has been set in motion.
